The Beach will be designed after the Wave House in San Diego and will allow guests to actually surf on man-made waves, rollerblade along the beach, and additional entertainment along a boardwalk midway.
A Health and Fitness Center with a spa, fitness center and a men’s salon. Retail/Dining/Entertainment over approximately 250,000 s.f. of retail outlets, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and more along two uniquely themed streets named Route 66 and Rue du Monde.

Alpine Haus Hotel with 800 rooms plus 150
condos. All hotels will feature restaurants,
nightclubs, retail and specialized theatres.

rooms and 100 condos, and the Flagged Hotel
with 2100 rooms and 373 condos will be part
of the 200 acre site for Las Vegas Wet. This
project will be larger than the Disney Park in
