The M Resort and Casino is an exciting addition to Las Vegas, with 390 guestrooms, 35 suites, 91,000 sq. ft. of casino area, a 70,000 sq. ft. conference room, a 16,000 sq. ft. health spa and salon, five restaurants, four bars, one entertainment venue, retail outlets, a 20,000 sq. ft. pool area, and other five-star amenities.

Marnell Corrao Associates has been responsible for the design and/or construction of dozens of resorts in Las Vegas. Including the Wynn Las Vegas, Bellagio, Mirage, Rio Palazzo Suites, New York New York, Caesars Palace, Treasure Island, and many more.
Marnell Architecture worked on the design for their own casino-resort, the M Resort, which is located on approximately 66-acres at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and St. Rose Parkway, which is the first major exit for visitors from Southern California and also leads you to the Southpoint Casino and Hotel. Actually, the resort is being built in the only area of Henderson that touches the south-strip.
