Mirage/MGM - City Center High Rise Condo - NOW SELLING - Las Vegas is a true 21st-century city, and by 2010, the Las Vegas Strip will have a futuristic new look, typified by the new Project CityCenter. The 66-acre development NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION, employs 8000 construction workers working 24/7, and is designed as a mixed-use urban center that will appeal to local residents as well as tourists. The RESIDENCES AT MANDARIN ORIENTAL, Las Vegas will include approximately 227, one and two bedroom condo residences on the upper floors of the hotel tower, as well as two and three bedroom penthouses ranging from 1000 s.f. to 4100 s.f. About 90% of these units are currently SOLD OUT!
