Las Vegas High Rise Condos

Regency High Rise Condo
For many years, the Las Vegas Country Club host to the Regency High Rise, was the most prestigious address in the Las Vegas valley. Although growth has moved outward from the center of the city, this upscale neighborhood remains a popular residence for celebrities, sports figures, business leaders and politicians. Located just behind the Las Vegas Hilton on Joe W. Brown Drive, the elite gated community is less than a mile from the Las Vegas Strip. But behind its protective gates lies a lush paradise of grass, trees and a private 18-hole golf course. A golf course was built on the property on 1967, and luxury homes developed around the fairways over the next few years. In 1974, Regency Towers opened at the country club. This 28-floor structure was the first to offer high-rise living along the Las Vegas Strip.

Current and former residents include entertainer the late Debbie Reynolds, comedians George Carlin and the late Rodney Dangerfield. The Las Vegas Country Club is comprised of older, well-maintained homes, smaller town homes and a few apartments. The golf course is surrounded by '70s-era custom homes along with some newer models. Regency Towers offers high-rise living in an exclusive 28-floor structure. Las Vegas Country Club residents enjoy a variety of amenities, including golf, tennis, racquetball, swimming and fitness facilities.

The Las Vegas Country Club/Regency High Rise Condos, are close to shops, restaurants, businesses and casinos. U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 15 provide easy access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley. Home prices range from $350,000 to more than $3 million.
