SoHo Lofts High Rise Condo is a new residential development currently under construction near downtown Las Vegas. The 244-foot tower is the brainchild of developer Sam Cherry, who modeled the high-rise after New York's artsy SoHo neighborhood. When SoHo Lofts is complete, the structure will feature 120 lofts atop ground-floor restaurants and retail stores. There are seven different floor plans, ranging from 1,336 to 1,855 square feet.
