Residence owners have the option of placing their condo-hotel unit into an organized rental program, allowing owners to make their unit available through the hotel reservations department when they are not using it and share in the revenue.

The W will be 45 stories tall with 4000 condo units, ranging in size from 500 to 3000 s.f.  Prices for these 1 to 3 bedroom units will range from $650,000 to over $2M.  Completion is expected around December, 2009.
